Nathan Serrato is a PCC Accredited Relationship Coach specializing in helping LGBTQ+ people break free from the shame, guardedness, and fear of intimacy holding them back from the relationships they truly want. With nearly a decade of experience in the LGBTQ+ space, he brings proven strategies for finding compatible partners in modern dating and maintaining them through specialized communication and conflict resolution skills. His unique integration of breathwork and Somatic Coaching helps clients overcome deeply rooted patterns, rebuild confidence, and show up authentically in their relationships.Nathan's approach goes beyond traditional relationship coaching because he understands that many queer people grow up experiencing rejection from family, faith communities, and society at large. Over time, those early experiences wire the nervous system to associate love with danger, vulnerability with loss, and intimacy with risk.
His work creates a safe and structured space to rewire those patterns and replace them with the skills and confidence needed to build lasting, fulfilling relationships.

That understanding comes from lived experience. Nathan's own journey through shame and the longing for real connection led him to somatic healing, breathwork, and coaching, and ultimately to his calling. In 2018 he founded Queer Conscious, a San Diego-based community and coaching resource dedicated to the personal and relational growth of all queer individuals, because he believed queer people deserved more than survival. They deserve fulfilling relationships and the freedom to live authentically on their own terms.

Nathan is accredited as a PCC Coach through the International Coach Federation and is certified as a Yoga & Breathwork Instructor, Somatic Coach, and Conflict Resolution Specialist.
